With an extensive background in Human Services, Psychology, and transformational coaching within  I specialize in helping individuals who feel called to lead with integrity, intuition, and innovation. Before coaching, I've worked in corporate, non-profit, public education, higher education, small business, public safety, broadcast communications, and health and wellness industries— which means I live at the intersection of structure, flow, and transformation.
